We are based in Perth, Western Australia but have a contact base spread throughout Australia and internationally.


Management Team


Evan Cross - Executive Director

Evan is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia.

He has extensive international finance experience having worked in the investment banking industry in Australia and the U.S. where he was involved in a number of cross border leveraged buyout transactions, equity issues and senior and mezzanine debt financings. He has undertaken numerous corporate acquisitions and asset divesture assignments as well as providing business valuations and expert's reports.

Evan has played a senior role in the evaluation, financial analysis and presentation of valuation and forecast information to key stakeholders including investors and advisors. Evan has 25 years experience in the accounting, finance and investment banking industries as well as being a business founder and operating managing director. He has a strong intuitive and informed knowledge of corporate valuations and the preparation of financial information for key stakeholders.

Evan is currently the Chairman of the ASX listed company ISS Group Limited (ASX:ISS) Director of Fullerton Private Capital Pty Limited

Vlado Bosanac - Executive Director

Vlado is a self styled venture capitalist, having identified and funded numerous business opportunities over a twenty year career.

He has been involved in the establishment and funding of business ventures in diverse areas such as healthcare services, medical devices, IT services, mining and exploration. He also has a great affinity to property investment in Australia and has successfully completed a number of projects as a principal.

In addition to his activities as a private venture capitalist, Vlado has established a diverse base of private co-investors in Australia, Singapore and the U.S. specifically interested in investing in growth companies and innovative projects. His strong network also provides a constant source of new business opportunities for Greenday Corporate.

Vlado is currently a Director of Fullerton Private Capital Pty Limited.

Nik Lackovic - Corporate Advisor

Nik has recently joined Greenday Corporate as a corporate advisory consultant.

Nik has been involved in the financial services industry since 1999 commencing his career at ABN AMRO Morgans as a Investment Manager. Nik has built a reputation as a leading corporate advisor to a number of both private and public companies specializing in capital raising and providing strategic management advice.

He has now joined Green Day Corporate focusing on building long term relationships with strategic partners and brings an extensive network of high net wealth clients both domestically and overseas.
